Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (25 hours/week; some flexibility with outreach)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Type: Contract with no end date

Job Description:
The Community Resource Connector program is seeking trusted, community-driven individuals to help connect residents with critical resources. In this role, you will provide application support for City programs, conduct outreach by phone, text, and in person, and promote services at community events. You will also receive training in trauma-informed community engagement strategies, ensuring you’re equipped to support residents with compassion and care.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Passion for serving the community and making a difference
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Comfort engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
Interest in developing community engagement skills for future career growth
No prior work experience required – training provided!
