PeopleShare has an opening for a Bilingual Bookkeeper in Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Candidates must be bilingual and able to speak both English and Spanish to be considered.

Title: Bilingual Bookkeeper
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054
Salary: $22-24/hr
Duration: 4 month contract-to-hire

Responsibilities:

Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (A/P, A/R, bank statements)
Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
Process payroll and maintain related records
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
Support year-end closing and work with external accountants

Qualifications:

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (logistics industry a plus)
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong Excel and data entry skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)
