Job Details for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agents:
- Location: 100% Remote - (AL, CO, FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV)
- Pay: $20/hour + Bonuses
- Schedule: Full-Time | Open availability required between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday OT - Saturday and Sunday
- Duration: Seasonal | Mid-October – Mid-January 2026
- Equipment: Bring Your Own Device — Windows/Mac with dual monitors, webcam, headset, and wired internet required
Responsibilities for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agents:
- Take inbound calls and guide individuals through the health insurance enrollment process
- Provide clear, accurate information to help customers select the best plan
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Seamlessly navigate multiple systems while delivering top-tier service
Requirements for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agents:
- Active Health Insurance License
- (resident license in an approved state - (AL, CO, FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV)
- FFM/Marketplace Certified for 2026 (or able to complete certification prior to start)
- Comfortable with technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Professional, quiet remote workspace
- Previous sales or call center experience strongly preferred
