We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically-minded individual to join our team as an Assembler/Installation Tech. In this role, you’ll help build out custom sewer inspection vehicles inside Ford Transit box trucks for municipalities and private contractors. This isn’t assembly line work—this is custom, every time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assemble and install items like cabinets, flooring, walls, carpet, etc. into trucks
Set up electrical, plumbing, and computer monitoring systems
Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and install materials
Read and follow detailed work instructions and measurements
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and high standards

Job Title: Assembler / Installation Technician
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Callery, PA
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re not looking for someone who spent years on an assembly line pushing the same part down the line. We need someone with real-world, hands-on experience—think maintenance superintendent, handyman, or similar background.
Must-Have Traits:
Can read a tape measure like a pro
Follows instructions without cutting corners
Has some knowledge of electrical/plumbing (or is eager to learn)
Takes pride in their work and wants to keep improving
Shows up on time, ready to work
Bonus Points If You Have:
Carpentry, construction, or remodeling experience
Comfortable using a variety of tools
Good with wiring or plumbing basics
