Join Our Team as a Returns Clerk – Where Every Package Tells a Story!
📦 Burr Ridge, IL | 💵 $20/hr | 🕗 8am–4:30pm (Mon–Fri) Temp-to-hire.
Are you organized, detail-driven, and looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're seeking a Returns Clerk who’s ready to own the returns process from start to finish—and then jump into a variety of other hands-on tasks across our warehouse. This is a dynamic role with room to learn, cross-train, and contribute to multiple departments once your daily returns are done. No two days will be exactly the same!
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect items being returned from customer • Report any damage, missing items, etc.Â
Process returns in computer system and prints reportsÂ
Process Purchase Orders for repair items
Box and ship items being sent out to vendors for credit or repairÂ
Receive completed repairs from vendorsÂ
Package repaired items and ship to customersÂ
Follow up on open & expired RMA’sÂ
Cross train and backup other warehouse areas when needed
What We're Looking For:
Must be detail oriented
Work in an organized fashion
Previous Warehouse experience or General office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good Computer skills
Software: (Will be utilizing)
- Sage 100(ERP System)
- Paperless workflow systems (DocLink)
- Microsoft Work &Outlook Knowledge
- Starship (Shipping software)
