POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, Product Delivery is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for internal
and network-facing data collection and reporting products. This role drives portfolio planning,
product vision, measurable product and team performance to support our national network in
delivering evidence-based home visitation models with clinical fidelity, operational excellence,
and data-informed decision-making.
In addition to strategic leadership, the Manager, Product Delivery oversees full product lifecycle
- from ideation through retirement – to ensure products meet evolving organizational goals
and user needs. This position requires a balance of visionary thinking and practical execution,
with a focus on continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and the development
of scalable, impactful tools that enhance service delivery across the network.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a team of product managers and product owners with a focus on team
development and business impact.
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for data, quality, and reporting products that deliver
scalable, high-impact tools.
• Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
product effectiveness, user adoption, and operational impact.
• Drive portfolio-level planning and prioritization, balancing long-term strategy with
immediate business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support implementation, performance, and
change management.
• Lead customer engagement efforts to gather user feedback, identify needs, and
enhance the product experience across the network.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with
technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from new development and continuous
improvement to retirement of underperforming or redundant products.
• Develop and deliver communications to internal and external stakeholders regarding
product updates, network training, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to improve systems, track performance, and
negotiate enhancements or transitions as needed.
• Serve as an escalation point for product-related incidents, collaborating on root
cause analysis and long-term solutions with IS and customer support teams.
• Monitor and support compliance with data governance and security protocols,
including incident response and audit processes.
• Champion the strategic value of data by partnering with leadership to drive adoption
and improve data literacy organization wide.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, including full product
lifecycle ownership and roadmap strategy; experience with data systems preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, including mentoring and
developing teams.
• Minimum of 3 years working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and
data/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Experience leading through organizational change and managing related programs.
• Proven ability to develop and track measurable KPIs to evaluate product and team
performance.
• Experience leading customer-facing change management, managing stakeholder
communications, and user training.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate at both portfolio and tactical levels,
demonstrating strong planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and data governance best practices are preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually.

This supervisory position reports to the Director, Information Services and may have up to 6
direct reports
