Are you an organized, detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for logistics? We’re looking for an HVAC Dispatch Manager to join a well-established, family-owned HVAC company that’s been serving the Newark area for over 16 years. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent pay, a positive work environment, and long-term growth potential. Ideal candidates would have previous HVAC experience- experience with Service Titan is preferred.
HVAC Dispatch Manager Job Details:
Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: Mon- Fri 9am-530pm
- Training: Monday- Friday 8am-430pm
- After training there is a once-per-month rotation where the work would be Monday-Thursday 12pm-10pm.
Pay Rate: $23-25/ hour

HVAC Manager Job Description:
Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls promptly and professionally.
Schedule and dispatch the appropriate technician based on customer needs and job urgency.
Handle and escalate customer concerns with patience and empathy.
Use scripting to qualify leads and book appointments accurately.
Maintain and update technician schedules, job statuses, and service records in ServiceTitan.
Follow up on unsold leads, open invoices, and unassigned jobs to ensure timely resolution.
Collect customer feedback, promote referral programs, and support inbound leads via phone, chat, and email.
Serve as backup for general customer service tasks as needed.
HVAC Dispatch Manager Job Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum two years administrative or customer service representative experience within a similar field
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented with strong data entry and typing skills
- Must be a team player who can work independently
