We are currently seeking qualified candidate for the position of Sr. Benefits Administrator with our client in Whippany, NJ This is a temporary staffing assignment scheduled to start as soon as next week and and run through January 16, 2026.
Position Details:
Job Title: Sr. Benefits Administrator- Contract for medical leave
Location: Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) 8:30am-5pm.
Department: HR – Benefits & HRIS
Pay Rate: $45-$50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key support resource for benefits administration, leave management, and 401(k) activities.
Assist employees with understanding benefits offerings and act as a liaison with third-party vendors.
Support new hire enrollments, qualified life events, open enrollment, and benefits-related inquiries.
Manage carrier billing, review documentation for 401(k) transactions, and coordinate with vendors for COBRA and voluntary life insurance.
Collaborate with the Director of Benefits & HRIS and other team members on various HR projects.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in Benefits Administration roles.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong working knowledge of benefits and retirement plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Org Plus preferred.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
