Now Hiring: Pack/Blending Operator – Rock Hill, SC
Pay: $16.00 – $17.50/hour + Paid-for-Performance Incentives
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start at 6:30 AM – End Time Varies (until work is completed for the day)
We are seeking reliable and hard-working individuals for a Pack/Blending Operator position with a growing manufacturing team in Rock Hill. This is a hands-on role with room to grow, perfect for someone with forklift experience and a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do:
Mix and Pack: Mix ingredients and pack the finished product. Make sure everything is labeled and sealed the right way.
Drive a Forklift: Move stuff around safely using a forklift. (We can help you get certified if you're not yet.)
Keep Things Clean: Clean your tools and work area every day. Follow safety and food rules.
Be a Team Player: Help your team get the job done. Let someone know if something isn’t working.
Do Basic Tasks: Take out the trash, clean up, and get things ready for the next job.
What You Need:
Lift things up to 50 pounds
Be okay walking, standing, and climbing stairs all day
Forklift experience is great (sit-down and stand-up)
Bonus if you’ve worked in a warehouse or used a scanner
