Warranty Administrator
Schedule: First Shift
Pay Rate: $26 - $28/hr
Job Summary
As the Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing communication flows to keeping schedules on track and records up to date, you’ll play a central role in supporting the team. You’ll also help drive departmental projects forward and ensure daily operations stay on point. If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced office setting, this role is for you.
Job Duties
Handle all incoming and outgoing communication—email, phone, and correspondence.
Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and help plan events.
Keep records, files, and internal databases accurate and current.
Draft reports, build presentations, and prepare documents as needed.
Support project planning and assist with various departmental initiatives.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document prep, and filing.
Serve as a connector between the department and other teams or external contacts.
Step in on other duties as needed to keep everything moving.
Experience and Education
Required
Associate’s degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Previous experience in an admin or office support role—corporate experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
This role involves:
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and basic movement
Regular use of hands for typing and handling materials
Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs, plus occasional crouching or bending
