Parts Warehouse Associate
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $44,000 salary paid hourly
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various tasks to support the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing forklifts and related components. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the overall operations of the warehouse.
Job Duties
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming forklifts and related components.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Prepare and complete necessary paperwork for shipments and receiving.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to meet operational goals.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Preferred
- Certification in forklift operation.
- Experience in a forklift or heavy equipment distribution environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
