Lead Blending Operator
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour based on experience + Paid for Performance Incentive
Location: Rock Hill, SC 29730
Schedule: Start time 6:15 AM – End time varies (shift ends when production is complete)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and train a team of blender operators in day-to-day operations
Operate and monitor blending equipment for the production of seasoning and dry ingredient mixtures
Accurately weigh, load, and seal ingredients, including handling 50-pound bags
Ensure correct blending processes are followed and production goals are met
Document and track production using ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company procedures
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in blending, production, or batch mixing
Previous leadership or team training experience required
Strong physical ability to lift and move 50+ pound bags repeatedly
Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
Ability to work until job completion – must be flexible with end time
Must pass a basic aptitude test
