Pay Rate: $20-$22Â

Blend Lead trainer - Job Description:
- Execute blending functions and support blending personnel.
- Train new operators on SOPs, HACCP, equipment operations, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor KPIs, communicate trends, and identify process improvements.
- Facilitate inventory movements to optimize storage and workflow.
- Complete production paperwork, batch records, quality checks, and maintenance logs.
Blend Lead trainer- Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to motivate, teach, train, and develop others, with at least 2 years of Lead experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Strong math, written, and communication skills, along with working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food manufacturing; SAP experience preferred.
- 2-year college degree or equivalent related experience.
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including standing for most of the workday, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking up to 400 yards.
