We're looking for an experienced Office Manager / Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting sales operations, coordinating orders, and acting as a central hub between vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Be the go-to support for our sales team—keeping communication, documents, and orders on point
Expedite purchase orders with factories and vendors to keep things moving smoothly
Troubleshoot issues and get ahead of problems before they become headaches
Act as the internal POC between vendors, clients, and departments
Organize and distribute reports, updates, and key communications
Build rapport with clients through thoughtful, responsive interactions
Keep our operations flowing with smart scheduling, document tracking, and top-notch organization
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Knows their way around AI tools and tech
Stays calm under pressure and juggles priorities like a pro
Is a natural problem-solver who takes initiative
Is computer-savvy and quick to pick up new systems
Has solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
