Customer Service Dispatcher Job Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: Up to $21/hr
Customer Service Dispatcher Job Description:
Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding service needs
Maintain regular and timely communication with customers to manage service expectations
Coordinate with technicians, sales reps, and internal staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Accurately handle job set-up, data entry, and review of work orders
Use Microsoft Office tools for email, scheduling, and documentation
Support the Dispatch/Customer Service Lead with additional tasks and special projects
