We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with agency producers to support new and existing clients, provide technical assistance, and manage a diverse commercial insurance book of business.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Direct Hire Position with Full Benefits
- Pay Rate: Up to $100,000

Job Description for Commercial Lines Account Manager:
- Work with agency producers to assemble, market, and place coverage for new clients.
- Assist clients with coverage questions and review the entire account during each contact.
- Provide technical support to producers to meet business goals.
- Prepare proposals and applications, coordinate with producers, and obtain client signatures.
- Review current policy information and recommend coverage updates.
- Process policy changes and ensure carrier endorsement accuracy.
- Underwrite, rewrite, re-quote, reinstate, and cancel existing policies.
- Obtain all necessary underwriting information from clients.
- Maintain detailed notes of client interactions in the agency management system.
- Process client payments and review billing accounts.
- Maintain client files and documentation.
- Furnish proof of insurance documents (certificates, ID cards, binders, etc.).
Job Requirements for Commercial Lines Account Manager:
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial lines service agent or account manager.
- Experience managing mid-size to large market accounts.
- Advanced knowledge of rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
- Active Property and Casualty License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn the EPIC system.
- Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance, agency operations, and industry regulations.
