- Pay Rate: $16/hr, paid weekly!
Part-Time Data Entry Clerk Job Description:
Scan physical documents into digital formats using office scanning equipment
Name and organize scanned files accurately according to our filing system
Maintain proper digital file storage, organization, and security
Perform routine quality checks on scanned files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist the HR department with answering phones and directing calls professionally
Handle confidential information with discretion and care
Part-Time Data Entry Clerk Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail—accuracy is essential!
Ability to stay focused and productive in a repetitive, task-driven environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment
Reliable and punctual
Must be able to work independently
