We are seeking a Team Lead to support our electro-mechanical assembly operations in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- (40 hours/week)
Pay:
- Starting at $21.00/hour (Based on experience)
- Annual Salary: $44,000+

Location:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of assembly workers to meet daily and weekly production targets
- Work closely with the plant leader to coordinate production priorities
- Train and mentor new employees in assembly and packaging procedures
- Monitor workflow and communicate any material shortages or delays
- Uphold company policies and safety procedures; assist in performance reviews and employee development
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented production environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
