PeopleShare has an opening for a Quality Control Associate for a Pharmaceutical client in Moorestown, NJ 08057. This role is focused on GMPs, SOPs, and quality inspection of drug products, medical devices, packaging components, and label stock/clinical labels.
Position: Quality Control Associate
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057
Overview:
The Quality Control (QC) Associate is responsible for performing inspections of all incoming materials and supporting Quality Assurance/Quality Control documentation. This role ensures compliance with GMP standards and supports overall inventory and documentation accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and compliant work area per GMP guidelines
Perform incoming QC inspections for: Drug products, Medical devices, primary and secondary packaging components, and label stock and clinical labels
Assist with end-of-job inspections and batch record reviews
Support the development and revision of: SOPs, Data capture forms, and other QA/QC documents
Enter and verify data in the Inventory Control System (ICS)
Revise documents using ZenQMS
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
Proficiency in English (literacy and communication)
Strong mathematical and computer literacy
Attention to detail and time management skills
Familiarity with GMPs and the pharmaceutical industry
Physical Demand/Work Environment:
Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and use hands
Must occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
Requires vision abilities such as close vision, color recognition, and focus adjustment
Exposure to warehouse and packaging environments (odor, dust, noise, chemicals, heat/cold)
Noise level is usually moderate
