About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Administrator to support a fast-paced Owner Solutions department. This team handles high-priority and high-risk vehicle arbitration and accident cases. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of working efficiently to meet tight deadlines with absolute accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact automotive retailers via phone and email to gather and confirm repair orders.
Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
Transpose vehicle repair data into spreadsheets in chronological order.
Ensure all data entry is error-free, as documents may be subject to legal review.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy – no room for mistakes.
Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and ownership.
Comfortable using a laptop, multiple screens, and entering data into spreadsheets.
Prior experience in administrative, legal, or claims-related roles is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
