Job Details for Hiring Immediately Direct Hire Production Supervisor:
- Pay Rate: $70,000 - $80,000+ yearly salary based on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm with occasional variance – may need to occasionally work later hours or partial days on weekend

Job Responsibilities & Description for Hiring Immediately Direct Hire Production Supervisor:
- Oversee all aspects of Manufacturing and Distribution environment including processes, quality, productivity, safety, machine operation, and mechanical maintenance
- Develop and implement process improvements and associated training
- Be a strong and friendly presence in the workforce – coach and oversee all employees with firmness, kindness, and attention to detail. Must have a relationship-driven approach
- Manage employee coaching, performance reviews, discipline, and overall engagement
- Floating responsibility - Work hands-on in production roles alongside team to train and coach or fill gaps in labor
- Involvement in quality and GMP & FDA Quality Processes – oversee sample testing, third-party testing, and tracking & reporting of quality nonconformances
Job Requirements for Hiring Immediately Direct Hire Production Supervisor:
- 4+ years leadership experience in a Manufacturing Environment required
- 3+ years of experience in shipping documentation: MSDS, BOL, COA, and knowledge of DOT regulations required
- Experience with GMPs and BRC experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of successful Manufacturing Management required
- Bi-lingual Spanish + English speaking preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures – heat and cold, must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly, stand, walk, crouch, lift, and occasionally climb ladders throughout shift
- Excellent people skills are a must – have a track record and great aptitude for balancing results and relationships
