Job Details for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator:
- DIRECT HIRE permanent full time position
- Pay Rate: $17 - $22+ hourly based on experience and shift + frequent performance raises + overtime available!
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
- Easy commute from Lancaster, Ephrata, Leola, Lebanon, Denver, New Holland, and Manheim

Job Responsibilities & Description for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator:
- Operated woodworking machinery – table saws, radial saws, miters, and routers
- Use calipers, micrometer, and tape measure and work with fraction and decimal measurements
- Follow blueprints, CAD drawings, and diagrams to assemble parts
- Apply fine motor skills to hand-assemble
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Regularly lift up to 50lbs manually
Job Requirements for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator:
- REQUIRED - For safety reasons must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience in either Woodworking, Metal Shop, Assembly, Assembly Machine Operation or similar skill
- Strongly Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience
- REQUIRED - ability to apply basic math - fraction and decimal conversions and interpret blueprints and drawings
- REQUIRED - Good employment record: MUST have been employed for minimum 9-12 months in a recent job
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs manually
