Temp to Hire!
Monday – Friday 1st and 2nd shifts available
Pay rates starting at $16 to $23 per hour!
Job Description for Assembler:
- Preform repetitive assembly and sub-assembly processes
- Utilization of hand tools such as: caulking guns, screwdriver, hammers, etc.
- Follow basic written or verbal instructions
- Assist in the training of new employees
- Rework project that did not pass quality inspection
- Flexibility to be cross trained in other areas
- Maintain a safety-first mind set
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics
- Maintain high quality assembly
- Fine motor skills with intricate assembly
- Will need to cut, strip, and label wire
- Prepare completed wires for distribution
- Conduct occasional testing
- Work independently or on a team
Job Requirements for Assembler:
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Cable, electronic, or panel assembly a plus
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in units of measurement
- Must be detail oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
