Job Details:
Location: Monroe, NJ
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Rotating: 4 days on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off
Pay Rate: $25 – $28/hr (based on experience) + Overtime Available
Type: Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to meet quality and output goals
Maintain accurate records for traceability and compliance
Ensure all operations follow safety and GMP standards
Conduct routine maintenance and support process improvements
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in injection molding or food/pharma manufacturing
Familiarity with warehouse and production processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced setting
