Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5PM

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online inquiries
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
Collaborate with sales, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1–2 years of customer service or order entry experience (manufacturing or distribution environment a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure
