Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Romeoville, IL - Woodridge, IL - Bolingbrook, IL Oswego, IL
Shift 1st shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift
Monday - Friday potential OT
$19.00-$21.00
Key Responsibilities for Forklift Operator:
Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count product
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments accurately and safely
Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements for Forklift Operator:
High school diploma or GED preferred
forklift experience (certification a plus) Prior dock or warehouse experience, particularly in the logistics industry.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and safety
Basic computer or RF scanner skills a plus
Team player with a strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment (temperature variations)
