The Details:
- Location: Hanover, MD
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Pay: $90,000/year plus quarterly performance bonuses
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring team accountability
- Creating and refining internal workflows and procedures for maximum efficiency
- Supporting the two lead advisors with scheduling, documentation, and strategic follow-through
- Training new hires and conducting performance evaluations for support staff
- Managing technology platforms, ensuring systems run smoothly, and driving adoption across the team
- Leading initiatives to improve and elevate the client experience across all touchpoints

You’ll Excel If You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in a financial services or insurance practice
- Life and Health Insurance licenses (required)
- FINRA 6 or 7 and 63/66 licenses (preferred but not required)
- Strong background in financial planning or investment operations
- Experience with CRM systems and planning tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
