Your Impact
As a Paint Line Production Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the materials preparation and quality assurance process, ensuring top-tier production standards are met and exceeded. You'll collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals in a clean, organized, and safety-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage raw material flow: label, store, and track inventory
Accurately select, prep, and stage materials for production
Assist with machine setups and efficient job changeovers
Stitch and connect raw materials with precision
Perform visual inspections to maintain product quality standards
Package finished coils to meet customer specifications
Operate or support forklift operations to move materials
What You Bring to the Table
Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills
Familiarity with measurement tools and calculator use
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and bend throughout shift
Previous forklift experience is a plus (but not required)
