What You’ll Do:
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Stage materials and assist with assembly, processing, and product finishing
Use hand tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) to accurately measure and cut materials
Perform visual and manual quality inspections
Package and label finished products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanically minded and enjoys hands-on work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
Self-motivated and reliable with a solid work ethic
Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus – but not required
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
