Job Details for On Site Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
- Pay Rate: Starting Salary $55,000 - $65,000
- Onsite office location near Lititz, PA – easily driveable from Lebanon, Lancaster, Leola, Ephrata, Akron, and Reading areas

Job Responsibilities & Description for On Site Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager:
- Work in-person at local office to support Inventory Control, Projecting, Budgeting, and Purchasing needs for construction, installation, and fabrication projects
- Source materials, technology, and equipment by researching and selecting vendors, requesting quotes, and negotiating pricing
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier accountability
- Generate and process purchase orders and maintain + communicate purchase fulfillment timelines
- Apply stocklists from engineering and design team to purchase required materials
- Assist in inventory counts, reporting, and projections to forecast purchasing needs
- Accounts Payable – ensure invoices are batched and processed according to deadlines and accounting cycles
- Report material price changes and trends to estimation team
- Process and track job site equipment rentals such as forklifts, cranes, trucks, and heavy construction equipment
Job Requirements for On Site Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager:
- Ability to physically commute to and work in local office REQUIRED – not a remote or hybrid position
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Purchasing with Inventory Involvement REQUIRED
- Purchasing, Financial, or Accounting leadership experience PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree PREFERRED
- High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
- Must have computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Excel
