Job Details for Contact Center Representative:
- $20/HR
- Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work, 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm (occasional weekend work required with 4 weeks advanced notice)
- Possible hybrid option after 1 month based on performance
- Duration: 4 months with possible extensions or permanency for the right fit
- Weekly pay!

Job Responsibilities for Contact Center Representative:
- Provide stellar customer service to customers via phone
- Assist customers with questions about the rewards program
- Help customers navigate the mobile app and website
- Data entry
Job Requirements for Contact Center Representative:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing excellent customer service
- HS Diploma
- Tech savvy, computer literate, ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
