PeopleShare is hiring immediately for Assembly Workers on 1st and 2nd shifts in West Chester, PA.
Assembly Technician Job Details:
- 1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
- 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30PM-11:00PM
- Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour (based on shift preference)
Assembly Technician Job Description:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to assemble mechanical components.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble parts and subassemblies according to established procedures.
- Conduct visual inspections of assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform functional tests and measurements to verify conformance to specifications.
Assembly Technician Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of assembly, manufacturing, or similar experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Automotive or technical school experience is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience using hand and/or power tools highly preferred.
