Office Administrator Job Details:
- Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
- Pay: $25/hour
Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Supervised front desk and office functions
- Manage board relations (scheduling, agendas, minutes)
- Coordinate FOIA requests and overseeing IT and equipment
- Manage volunteer services, and ensuring procurement and vendor compliance
- Additional duties include supporting marketing efforts, maintaining corporate records, and advising on office safety and cybersecurity
Office Administrator Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
- 2+ years in office management and executive support, with 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and office technology
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Leadership, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work
