Legal Assistant Job Details:
- Schedule: M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Pay Rate: $45,000-$50,000/year

Legal Assistant Job Description:
- Serves as a liaison between clients and attorneys, managing communication, case updates, and appointments
- Prepares correspondence, legal documents, and billing statements
- Maintains attorneys' calendars, court schedules, and case deadlines, ensuring timely filings and court preparation
- Organizes client files, creates case binders, and inputs timekeeping data
- Other duties as assigned
Legal Assistant Job Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least three years of litigation assistant experience, preferably in family law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, billing/document management software, and typing 65 WPM is essential
- Must have strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Expertise in legal terminology, labor/employment law, office equipment operation, and exceptional communication and client service skills are also required
