- Pay Rate: $24-$27
Mitigation Manager Job Description:
- Lead and support mitigation technicians
- Oversee water, fire, and mold restoration projects
- Conduct inspections and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and subcontractors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Train technicians and maintain equipment inventory
- Provide documentation for insurance claims
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth project transitions
Mitigation Manager Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of restoration or related experience
- Team management in construction or service industries
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of restoration and mitigation
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
