Paralegal Job Details:
- Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:30AM-4:30PM, Fri 8:30AM-1PM
- Pay Rate: 40K-60K, negotiable based upon experience

Paralegal Job Description:
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, and discovery documents while managing and maintaining organized case files.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering personalized support and regular updates throughout the legal process.
- File legal documents with local courts, ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop effective, client-focused legal strategies.
Paralegal Job Requirements:
- Previous paralegal experience in a law office, preferably in family law.
- Familiarity with the local court system and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of custody law, divorce procedures, and spousal support regulations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively on small teams.
- High attention to detail and a track record of meeting critical deadlines.
