Part Time Receptionist Job Details:
• Schedule: Part Time hours: Wednesdays 10am-7pm & Saturdays 8am-2pm. *With the ability to pick up extra shifts when available. *
• Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Part Time Receptionist Job Description:
• Overseeing all inbound and outbound calls.
• Completing all communication with customers, contractors, and coworkers.
• Responding to emails utilizing superior email etiquette.
• Identifying customer needs and suggesting items to meet those requirements.
Part Time Receptionist Job Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette skills.
• Ability to explain company services and products to customers.
