Senior Maintenance Electrician Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 2 weeks of day shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and 2 weeks of night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Pay Rate: $30.04/hr (entry) | $31.39/hr (annual increase May 2025) | $35.29/hr (26 weeks from entry) | $39.20/hr (52 weeks from entry)

Senior Maintenance Electrician Job Description:
- Maintain, repair, and adjust electrical equipment, including circuitry, manual & electronic controls, motors, interlocking systems, heating controls, sensing devices, DC & AC drives, and PLC’s
- Install electrical components for all new equipment
- Read, document, and maintain electrical modifications to equipment in schematic drawings
- Input information into maintenance management systems and keep all records complete
- Follow safety and environmental requirements as outlined in work orders, schedules, and special instructions
- Work in a clean room environment and a manufacturing facility with a focus on plastic products
Senior Maintenance Electrician Job Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an Electronic Technician or equivalent electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, including PLC’s (Allen Bradley and Siemens preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Physical ability to bend, climb, stoop, and handle equipment/components up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work safely and in compliance with all safety protocols
- Strong initiative and mechanical aptitude required
