Accounts Payable Job Details:
- Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay Rate: $50,000
- Direct Hire opportunity
Accounts Payable Job Description:
- Vendor administration including set-up
- Review and verify vendor invoices
- Post vendor invoices to Great Plains accounting software
- Maintain raw materials inventory receipt records
- Month end accounts payable reconciliations
Accounts Payable Job Requirements:
- Successful experience at AP in a medium sized or larger business, preferably in manufacturing
- Ability to communicate in a professional, friendly manner with internal and external parties
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and extremely strong organizational skills
- An energetic and positive attitude in all aspects of the work
- Associate’s degree in accounting, or formal accounting training helpful
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy, at an efficient pace
- Demonstrated ability to investigate issues to complete conclusion
- Once trained, desire and ability to work independently
- Prior bookkeeping experience a plus
- Experience with Great Plains or other larger accounting systems a plus
