JOB DETAILS FOR FORKLIFT OPERATOR:
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
1st Shift -Monday -Friday (6AM-4PM) + rotation of weekends of Sat/ or Sun (6AM-6PM)
1st Shift Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30PM
1st shift - Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30PM
2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2PM - 10:30PM
3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10PM - 6:30AM
3rd Shift -Monday - Friday (10PM-6AM) + OT: (6PM-6AM) Sunday biweekly rotation
Pay : $19.25-21.00
DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FORKLIFT OPERATOR:
- Forklift inspections must be performed at the start of each shift. Any repairs required are to be reported to the Department Manager.
- Move pallets from production area to shipping or drying area.
- Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
- Wraps, strap and prepare pallets to be shipped or stored
- Put away stock in the racks and scan to locations.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS FOR FORKLIFT OPERATOR:
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of Forklift Reach experience. Stand up reach, sit down forklift experience also required, sit down clamp experience is a plus.
• Steel toe boots or shoes *REQUIRED*
• Prior manufacturing environment experience is a plus
