SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $15-$17 hour based on previous experience
Document Prepper Responsibilities:
- Prep documents which can include removing staples, paperclips, and rubber bands
- Organize pages, maintain page breaks and classify separate types of documents
- Conduct quality checks on documents
- Verify accuracy of documents
- Validate information and data points are correct
Document Prepper Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Maintain confidentiality of client information per client guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis
- Ability to lift boxes of paperwork weighing up to 30 lbs.
