- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
- Pay Rate: up to $80k
Inside Sales Manager Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team, including budgeting, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Make pricing decisions and serve as the expert in products, pricing schedules, and valve sizing.
- Analyze customer technical needs and recommend appropriate products, collaborating with engineering when necessary.
- Maintain distributor and oversee the use of ERP software for sales planning and forecasting.
- Track sales processes, assess KPIs, and provide monthly performance summaries while recommending improvements.
- Assign tasks such as answering calls/emails, issuing quotations, and reviewing purchase orders for compliance.
- Manage projects, special product pricing, and control valves, collaborating with customers and engineering.
- Handle international order processing, paperwork for shipments, customer complaints, returns, and training updates.
Inside Sales Manager Job Requirements:
- Associate degree in a Business or Engineering discipline preferred
- 5-7 years Inside Sales experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
