Remote Licensed Medicare Sales Agent – Work From Home | $18–$20/hr + Commission
PeopleShare is currently hiring Licensed Medicare Sales Agents to support our client during an exciting period of rapid growth! This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity with all computer equipment provided. If you’re a motivated, energetic professional with Medicare Advantage and D-SNP sales experience, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
Pay: $18–$20/hr based on experience
Commission: $50 per issued policy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:45 AM – 11:00 PM EST (must be flexible within this window)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Setup: 100% remote; equipment provided
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to sell health insurance plans for a single carrier
Educate customers on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, PDP, and related health products
Deliver excellent customer service while guiding clients through policy selection and application
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and enrollment processes
Comply with privacy standards in a secure, distraction-free home office
Qualifications:
Active health insurance license required
Minimum 6 months experience in Medicare Advantage and D-SNP plan sales
Previous outbound sales experience preferred
Must have current carrier releases (e.g., Aetna, UHC) or be able to obtain them prior to training
Strong communication, confidence, and self-motivation
Ethernet internet connection required
