Forklift Operators - Day & Night Shifts Available
We're hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a growing manufacturing and warehouse operation. If you have recent forklift experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with overtime potential, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $17.00+/hour (based on experience, position, and shift)
- Day & Overnight Shifts Available
- 12-Hour 2/2/3 Rotating Schedules
- Overtime opportunities available

Job Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Load, unload, ship, and receive materials
- Stock and distribute inventory as needed
- Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track materials
- Transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Follow all forklift safety procedures and warehouse safety guidelines
- Assist with labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and staging products for shipment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operating experience required
- Sit-down forklift experience strongly preferred
- Recent and stable work history in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends as scheduled
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs regularly throughout the shift
