Details
- Work either Day Shift (6:45am-7:00pm) or Night Shift (6:45pm-7:00am) on a rotating 12-hour schedule.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company.
- All new hires will train on day shift for approximately 4 weeks before transitioning to their assigned schedule.
- Multiple openings available with immediate start opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support production and packaging operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Monitor product flow, package finished products, and maintain production standards.
- Assist operators and production teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety requirements are met.
- Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting overall plant operations.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required, preferably in production, machine operation, line support, or manufacturing environments.
- Stable work history with demonstrated job tenure preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining strong attendance and reliability.
