Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
Location: Bensalem, PA
Salary: $105,000 Annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and enhance our environmental, health, and safety programs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage environmental compliance programs, including permit maintenance, renewals, and required regulatory reporting.
- Oversee the site's Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan, emergency response preparedness, and spill containment systems.
- Lead waste management, recycling, and sustainability initiatives while identifying opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations through inspections, audits, corrective actions, and employee training.
- Partner with leadership to promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement across all EHS programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.
- 3-5+ years of EHS experience within manufacturing, chemical processing, liquid blending, or similar industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of EPA regulations (Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act) and OSHA General Industry Standards (29 CFR 1910).
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing SPCC and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to train employees and collaborate at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification.
- Experience managing ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
