PeopleShare is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Bethlehem, PA seeking a Production Operator to join their team.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 5pm-5:10am (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Bethlehem, PA
Responsibilities:
- Loaded raw materials and product containers into production machines and removed full containers.
- Performed hourly quality inspections to ensure products met company standards.
- Created and applied product labels using SAP and RF scanning systems.
- Operated a forklift to transport finished products throughout the facility.
- Monitored machine performance and reported mechanical issues to maintenance personnel.
- Followed all food safety regulations, PPE requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use an RF scanner.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the shift.
- Bilingual
