Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA/QC) Technician to join our team in Douglassville, PA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Collect product samples and perform quality testing
- Verify products meet company specifications and standards
- Accurately document all test results and findings
- Communicate quality concerns and issues to the production team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality procedures
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a food-grade production environment
- Knowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
