We are seeking dependable and motivated Production & Packaging Team Members to join our manufacturing team in Reading, PA. This position plays a critical role in the production, packaging, and distribution of high-quality beverage products. Team members will assist with operating production equipment, packaging finished goods, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
Production Team Member Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $15/hr to start (potential raise at 30 days and another at 90 pending good performance reviews).

Production Team Member Job Description:
- Operate and monitor beverage production and packaging equipment.
- Load bottles, cans, labels, caps, and packaging materials onto production lines.
- Inspect products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy.
- Pack finished products into cases, cartons, and pallets according to company standards.
Production Team Member Job Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or food and beverage experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
