Job Responsibilities & Description for Test Technician:
- Repair products that are defective off the production line and maintain inventory for repairs.
- Alert Quality and Production of recurring assembly errors.
- Conduct and prepare reports for tests requested by customers for in-warranty product problems.
- Provide failure analysis data to Quality Control and Engineering on an as needed basis.
- Process warranty returns in the ERP system as needed.
Job Requirements for Test Technician:
- 2-year technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience is required, with demonstrated level of technical capability and responsibility.
- Basic soldering skills are required.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficient expertise in Microsoft Office is required, particularly Word and Excel.
